What are the cancellation terms?
The conditions can differ depending on the type of offer and pricelist and therefore we kindly ask you to study these conditions when booking the accommodation. With non-refundable reservations, payment is conducted at the time of booking, and its cancellation or alteration of booking dates are not possible.

Can I cancel my booking at no extra cost?
You may cancel your booking in accordance with the Termination Terms. Termination and Payment Terms are an integral part of your booking confirmation, and you may cancel your booking in accordance with these terms. Normally you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to seven days prior to your arrival day but conditions may vary depending on the type of offer and price. Therefore, we kindly ask our patrons to review these terms when booking. Non-refundable reservations are paid at the time of booking and cancellations, or modifications are not possible.
How can I confirm my booking?
The reservation can be confirmed by presenting your credit card details or by making a prepayment as a guarantee.
How can I book a room if I don't have a credit card?

Which credit cards do you accept as confirmation of the reservation?
We accept the following credit cards as confirmation of the reservation: Visa Classic, American Express, Diners and MasterCard. We do not accept Visa Electron cards and debit cards.
On your website, we saw an offer with "price from...", but when we wanted to choose a date and make a reservation, the price changed. Why?
Our prices vary depending on the date of your stay and the availability of the accommodation. The price shown next to the offer ("price from") is the lowest price available during the period of validity of the selected offer.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am. Guests enjoy free use of the garden and swimming pool after checking out of their room at 11:00, until 14:00. After 14.00, until 18:00: subject to availability, please ask the concierge.
Can I leave my luggage with you?
Yes, we have storage luggage.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes, we have a beautiful outdoor pool, located in the garden. The pool is open daily from 8am to 6pm from April to October depending on weather conditions.
Do you have an elevator?
The Hotel Palazzo Murat is a historic residence, we do not have elevator. If this is a problem, please let us know at the time of booking
Do you have WiFi?
We have free wi-fi wireless Internet access for guests during their stay.
What types of amenities are included in the room?
Typical rooms have bathrobes; stocked minibar; 100% cotton towels; private water closet; hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel. For more information, please visit our hotel pages for each room.
What time is breakfast served?
We serve our delicious "homemade" breakfast between 8am and 10.45am, seven days a week. Should you find yourself in the position of having to leave early, we could serve a small breakfast before 8am.We require a notice the night before
Do you organize tours and activities?
Our staff is always available to organize trips, by shuttle or private boat, to the most beautiful destinations on the Amalfi Coast, such as Amalfi, Sorrento, and Capri.
How far is the Hotel from the city?
We are in the center of Positano, 500 meters from the main beach.
WHERE CAN I PARK THE CAR TO GET TO THE HOTEL?
The Hotel Palazzo Murat is one of the hotels nearby the Spiaggia Grande area with private parking, which is located in Piazza dei Mulini, at 2 minutes' walk distance. You can book your parking space (cost: starting from € 30 per day) The porter service is on request.
Do you have private parking?
Yes, we have a private parking for a fee.
When should I wear a face mask?
All persons over the age of 6 must always have a respiratory protective mask with them. It should always be worn indoors. Outdoors, on the other hand, it should only be worn in situations of crowding or gatherings. An FFP2 mask must always be worn on public transport
WHICH CERTIFICATIONS DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT TO ENTER ITALY IF I ARRIVE FROM OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES?
If you are vaccinated or cured: you must present the Green Pass. If you are NOT vaccinated: you must submit the negative result of an antigen test (done 48 hours before) or molecular test (done 72 hours before).
